Service Limitations

We will perform services with professional care and expertise. However, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants due to factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, pests, diseases, and client maintenance practices.

Property Access

Client grants permission for our team to access the property during scheduled service times. Client is responsible for ensuring safe access and marking any underground utilities or hazards.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Client is responsible for any damage to property not caused by our negligence.

Cancellation

Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
